OUR HISTORY

Advocating for Employees. Empowering Voices. Creating Change.

Founded by Adrienne Medley-Jones, CHRC, Medley Crisis Management (MCM) was established with one powerful mission: to ensure that employees facing workplace injustice have access to knowledgeable advocacy, guidance, and support when they need it most.

With more than 30 years of experience in Human Resources, workplace investigations, crisis intervention, and employee relations, Adrienne recognized a significant gap between employees experiencing discrimination, harassment, retaliation, ADA accommodation violations, FMLA concerns, and wrongful termination—and their ability to effectively navigate complex workplace systems.

In response, Medley Crisis Management was created as a nationwide workplace rights advocacy and mediation support firm dedicated to helping employees understand their rights and confidently move through the complaint process.

Since its inception, MCM has assisted individuals across the United States with:

  • Workplace Harassment and Hostile Work Environment Claims
  • Race, Gender, Age, Disability, and Pregnancy Discrimination Matters
  • ADA Accommodation Advocacy
  • FMLA Violations and Retaliation Concerns
  • EEOC Charge Preparation and Support
  • Workplace Investigations
  • Mediation Preparation
  • Unemployment Appeals
  • Right-to-Sue and Litigation Preparation Support

At MCM, we understand that workplace conflicts impact more than careers—they affect families, financial stability, emotional well-being, and personal dignity. Our team is committed to providing compassionate, professional, and strategic advocacy while ensuring every client feels heard, respected, and empowered.

Under Adrienne's leadership, MCM continues to expand its services, educate communities about workplace rights, and build partnerships that promote fairness, accountability, and equitable treatment in the workplace.
